If the photo session is unable to take place on a scheduled day due to weather, photographer and client will reschedule on an agreed date at the earliest date possible with no additional charge. If client is tardy to the scheduled session (30 minutes or more after the scheduled meetup time) the photography session will be rescheduled and client is losing his deposit.

Photographer maintains image copyright and may use any images taken in print or online for business development. If client chooses not have your images used for business development, let photographer know immediately so photographer does not post or use your images.

No additional editing may take place by client or an agent of client without proper written consent of the photographer, this includes uploading to social media with filters or using personal editing software.
